Sarah Langford

Sarah is the Quality and HR Manager at Hempsall Consultancies with responsibility for developing quality systems and policy throughout the organisation. She leads on equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory policy and practice issues. Sarah also undertakes HR tasks and leads the Training Team.

Sarah has a postgraduate Certificate in Education and worked for five years in a college of further education teaching a wide range of childcare courses including playwork.

Sarah has a wealth of expertise gained during the 12 years she worked as a qualified social worker with children and families.
