Health and Safety
It is the policy of HEMPSALL CONSULTANCIES to ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all its employees, trainees and other persons, who may be affected by its operations.
We have developed, and are continually reviewing a comprehensive health and safety manual for the delivery of consultancy and training projects. Our practice routinely integrates with the individual requirements and regimes of our clients. The following statements seek to address some specific concerns.
We seek to achieve this policy by providing and maintaining places of work and equipment which are safe, and without risks to health and by providing suitable arrangements for employee’s welfare. All necessary information, training and supervision will be provided to ensure the implementation of this Health & Safety Policy.
All employees should observe health and safety regulations throughout all the organisations premises and in all work activities. Employees must do everything that is reasonably practicable to avoid and/or reduce health and safety risks.
We seek to ensure that through our Health & Safety Policy no member of the public is put at any unnecessary risk to health and safety and will ensure that employee’s safety is of paramount importance.
The Health & Safety Policy is reviewed annually and will be updated as often as is necessary, to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, good practices etc. Expert advice will be sought when necessary on policy, implementation of safe practices and interpretation of rules.
