Training - About Us We specialise in bespoke continuous development training for everyone working with children and families and early years and childcare practitioners in particular. We are always keen to identify your training needs and to develop a specially designed package of training to meet those needs. We have a growing range of accredited training such as Early Support training, and projects that are supporting women to achieve leadership and management qualifications at levels 3, 4 and 5. We deliver training for children’s services practitioners, development workers, and senior managers across all areas including: working with parents and children; equal opportunities, promoting positive behaviour; involving and consulting; assertiveness; and many other aspects relating to quality work with children and families. Our leadership and management training supports workers at all levels with achieving best practice in services for children and families. We provide: peer and professional mentoring support; quality assurance schemes; team building; away day facilitation; leadership and management training (time management, delegation, motivation etc,); and strategic planning. |
