Our core training for early years and childcare practitioners is delivered in flexible formats and at accessible times and venues across the country, for clients such as the London Borough of Havering, Leicestershire County Council, and Birmingham City Council and Thomas Cook (introduction to child protection for all customer facing overseas staff).

Leadership and management

Leadership and management training is a key tool of workforce reform and our programmes are supporting practitioners to meet the challenges of becoming qualified managers or graduate level leaders.  Our LSC/ESF funded Women Leading Childcare project is supporting women in Leicester and Leicestershire with key management training, confidence, assertiveness and motivation.  The project is comprehensively resourced to remove the barriers for women by providing mentoring support, childcare, staff cover, course fees, work-based assessment, use of laptop computers and transport.
